Our Fixed Grill is of a unique design and to insurance specifications. Constructed of 40 x 40mm steel box section cross members with 20mm round bar infill at 125mm centers. The bar is bright steel and so gives a high quality finish when powder coated. The box section is also supplied powder coated giving you a long lasting finish to your new grill. These grills are designed to be installed internally, either within the window reveal or over the face of the window, or a combination of both. The design is very versatile to suit all site conditions.
Our unique design means there is no frame around the grill, a sturdy fixing bracket slides inside the tube ensuring no unsightly gaps are left between the grill and the wall. This not only looks much better, but also allieviates any gaps for tools to be used to prise off the grill in any attack.
The beauty of this system is that there is no welding involved so the goods can be delivered flat packed. Also this means almost any size of window can be covered by our grills. The one pictured above on the right is actually 54 metres long and 3 metres high and was installed overseas showing just how versatile our system really is!
